Join this free event organised by our colleagues from AMA ACT on caring for ourselves as ageing doctors.

 

In her talk, Dr Ramilla Varendran will address:
- the myths of the ageing doctor narrative
- caring for yourself and others as an ageing doctor
- planning for career transition

 

Ramila is a geriatrician who has an interest in maintaining functional state as people get older and have multiple co-morbidities, like dementia and osteoporosis. She was born in Sri Lanka and trained in both Sydney and Melbourne prior to moving to Canberra.

 

The seminar will be a hybrid event. Attendance in person at AMA Federal Office, Level 1, 39 Brisbane Avenue, Barton. If you can only attend online, AMA ACT will provide a Zoom link to registered attendees prior to the meeting.
